Pottery Booking Policy

All classes and events require full payment at the time of booking to secure your place. If you have any special requirements or requests, please email pottery@loafcatering.com at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although it may not always be possible.

Changes to your booking - can be made on our website at https://www.loafcatering.com/reschedule. Upon making the changes, we will send you a voucher code via email. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive the voucher code. To make a new booking using the voucher code, simply enter it at checkout. The voucher code is valid for 6 months from the date received and can only be used once, no further rescheduling can be made. Please note that there is a £5 administration fee for every rescheduled booking, and we will send you a payment link to your email.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for courses, workshops, or events cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the start date.
