Kidnap Wednesday is one of NOW Group’s social groups where people with learning difficulties and Autism come together to meet in a secure, social setting. The group decided it would like to spend some time concentrating on health and wellbeing with a particular focus on three issues – healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness. We’re now ready to share some of the simple but nutritious recipes that have been developed, tried and tested by our participants.
