Pottery Painting & Pizza (Sun 30th June)

Service Description

Get creative at our Pottery Painting & Pizza sessions in Crawfordsburn. We have a selection of pottery items available to be painted, all items are made in house. We will take you through the process of how to decorate with engobes and create your very own unique design. After you will be shown though to our café to enjoy a freshly prepared and wood fired pizza on site. Flexible arriving time: Arrive between 11am and 12pm. Event lasts about 2.5h Note: Suitable for all ages and abilities. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Collection Policy: All items made at our classes will be kept in the pottery for collection of up to 3 months after you have been contacted by us. Please ensure picking up your creations in time to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, due to little space we are unable store any uncollected items longer than 3 months. Shipping can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please get in contact with the manager via email potterystaff@loafcatering.com Cancellation Policy: Please note that we have a 7 days notice policy for rescheduling or cancelling bookings. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded, unless your place can be filled.

Booking policy All classes and events require full payment at the time of booking to secure your place. If you have any special requirements or requests, please email pottery@loafcatering.com at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although it may not always be possible. Changes to your booking - can be made on our website at https://www.loafcatering.com/reschedule. Upon making the changes, we will send you a voucher code via email. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive the voucher code. To make a new booking using the voucher code, simply enter it at checkout. The voucher code is valid for 6 months from the date received and can only be used once, no further rescheduling can be made. Please note that there is a £5 administration fee for every rescheduled booking, and we will send you a payment link to your email. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for courses, workshops, or events cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the start date.
