If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know that you wish to return them within 7 days of purchase by emailing pottery@loafcatering.com. Then simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

The returned product/ products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items, please ensure they are securely packaged. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage for your return parcel, as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

 

As soon as we receive the returned products and providing they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

At this time we are only able to provide shipping within the UK.  All items including postage and packaging must be paid for in full at the time of sale.  Please allow up to 7 days, unless otherwise specified, for an item to be delivered for orders within the UK.
