Strawberry delight: the eventual winners of this year’s competition
The results of Loaf Academy’s ‘Great NOW Group 2020 Bake Off’ for Mid and East Antrim are now in.
With all contestants tasked with making delicious strawberry cheesecake for the final class of the year, the top three prizes were awarded to Amanda O'Lynn, Lisa Forsythe and Diane McMaw. Congratulations, ladies!
This was, of course, a tough decision, but all entrants baked beautiful desserts, which are now safely stowed in the fridge at home, ready for family to enjoy at Christmas.
Well done to all our participants and thank you to Larne YMCA for permitting us the use of their facilities.
Loaf Academy in Mid and East Antrim will run again in 2021, and we still have places for new participants.
