Cancellation Policy Please note that we have a 7 days’ notice policy for rescheduling or cancelling bookings. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded, unless your place can be filled. Pottery Collection All Pottery items made in our classes will be kept in the pottery for collection up to 3 months after you have been contacted. Shipping can be arranged for a small surcharge. Cancellation Policy

You can pay for your class by debit or credit card online using Stripe. Changes to your booking - Each time a change is made to your Pottery Event Booking we charge an administration fee of £5 per person. You should pay this in advance via payment link which will be sent to your booking email address. If you have any questions go to https://www.loafcatering.com/events-faqs All classes and events must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Please make us aware of any special requirements or requests at the time of booking by emailing pottery@loafcatering.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please be aware that this may not always be possible.
